Mid/Large Tier refers to companies with annual revenue of:
- US$100million to US$499million (low mid tier)
- US$500million to US$1billion (mid to large tier)
- More than US$1billion (large tier)

Target Respondents: Bought a new or second-hand car in the past 2 years and is a decision maker

Length of Interview: 1 Hour
Target Respondents: Engaged in body care routine regularly, uses both body wash and body lotion, shops for her products at a supermarket, hypermarket or a pharmacy and have purchase a product in the past 6 months.
 
Respondents were brought to the store they shop most often and were engaged in a casual interview exercise while they shop.
